Animal Caring Child Ambassadors
Happy Farm@AsiaWorld-Expo is much more than a great day out, it’s also an opportunity for children to show how much they care. As part of its Happy Farm celebrations, AsiaWorld-Expo sponsors four goats to be donated to an impoverished family in China — and the children of Hong Kong were invited to name one of them! For this heart-warming contest, AsiaWorld-Expo is proudly working in partnership with international charity Heifer International – Hong Kong, and has recruited over 200 children between 6 and 12 years of age as Animal Caring Child Ambassadors earlier through the Happy Farm Goat-Naming Contest. The best three entries were announced at today’s opening ceremony.
