Manager, Corporate Services

Responsibilities:
 
  • Coordinate the preparation of Annual Plan & Budget of the group of companies for Board approval 
  • Review and provide advice to Divisions/Departments on preparation of Boards / senior management reports and papers, to ensure quality and good governance
  • Support Assistant General Manager, Corporate Services in developing corporate business plan, setting company goals and preparing Annual Plan & Budget for AsiaWorld-Expo.  Assist in monitoring the progress of annual plan implementation and work closely with the Divisions/Departments for ensuring achievement of company goals
  • Work closely with Divisions/Departments on the preparation and periodic review of internal policies and manuals to ensure a complete corporate document library for custody with good control of records
  • Prepare and administer Corporate Services policies and manuals
  • Provide administrative support to senior management meetings, including secretarial support, management report, analysis and presentation preparation, etc. 
  • Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or other related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in supervisory level. Previous experience in corporate governance and company secretariat is preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Inquisitive, logical, self-motivated, and independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Pay attention to details and accuracy
  • High level of integrity 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of written English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
