Assistant / Administration Manager

Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to arrange office supplies, logistics arrangement, office renovation, equipment, procurement, and maintenance as well as company’s activities and staff events
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and services providers
  • Maintain e-filing system for documentation control in an organized and efficient manner
  • Review office admin workflow and internal procedures from time to time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Organize staff activities and company events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas Party etc.
  • Assist in preparing annual administrative budget and regular reports upon request
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

 *Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Admin Manager
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies preferably listed companies
  • A team player with good negotiation and leadership skills; self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
