Assistant Catering Support Manager

• Assist Senior Catering Support Manager in manpower planning to support F&B daily operations
• Ensure effective and efficient operations of Catering Support by supervising the cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety, and hygiene in all F&B areas
• Ensure F&B pest control compile to regular schedule and up to hygiene standard
• Responsible for maintenance work order issue and the completion status follow up
• Collaborate closely with the Kitchen and Catering Services team on daily operations
• Manage and maintain stock for all cleaning & chemical supplies
• Plan and implement effective expense control strategies and review regularly with supervisors
• Manage casual labour and ensure they are able to perform assigned job tasks, coach and provide regular feedback to the support team for performance improvement
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

 

• Form 5 or above, qualification in hygiene and safety management system is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stewarding in the hotel / catering industry
• Shift duties and able to work in a fast pace working environment
• A team player with can-do attitude and hard-working and good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
