2023 TREASURE TOUR [HELLO] IN HONG KONG

1. Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the standing zone of the concert event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in standing zone area of the concert event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
2. All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
3. All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser.
4. For safety reasons, selfie sticks are prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
5. For standing zones - only allowed for person aged 12 or above and with height 140cm or above. Admission with ticket reference queuing number.
6. For seating zones - only allowed for person aged 3 or above.
7. All standing tickets holders (Block A1/A2/B/C) can proceed to Hall 2 starting from 3:00 PM to wait for admission. All ticket holders should follow the instructions inside the venue and queue up according to the queuing number displayed on the ticket.
8. Hall 2 will be closed once public admission has started, after which the queuing number will no longer be valid.
9. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refund shall be provided.
10. Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
11. No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo. Only bottled water is allowed.
12. No glass bottles, aluminium can, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
13. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
14. No standing on chairs.
15. Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
16. No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
17. No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
18. For audience who would like to re-enter the event hall, please have your concert admission ticket scanned by our staff at the exit before leaving the hall. Failure to do so may result in inability to re-enter the hall and no refund shall be provided.
19. Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
20. No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
21. The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
22. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
23. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

VIP Send-Off Event Arrangement
The send-off activity will take place after the concert. For all Block B standing ticket holders, please wait within Block B after the performance and follow the instructions of the on-site staff to first undergo wristband verification, and then proceed to the send-off activity area.
 
Terms & Conditions for VIP Soundcheck Party & Send-off event

• All VIP Package ticket holders must queue up according to the instructions from our staff inside Hall 2. VIP laminates and lanyards will be distributed after ticket check, uncollected items will be forfeited.
• 1 wristband will be given to each VIP ticket holder, any lost wristband will not be replaced, and damaged wristbands will not be acknowledged. Please check that your wristband is tightly secured before entering.
• Latecomers will not be admitted into the VIP events.
• VIPs may stay inside the event hall after Soundcheck Party
• Refunds or exchanges are not allowed.
• For individuals who fail to comply with the rules and regulations of the event venue and the instructions provided by on-site staff, the event organizer reserves the right to deny their participation in the event without refund.
• Soundcheck Party and send-off event details are subject to change; please refer to Live Nation HK social media channels for the latest news and updates.

Terms & Conditions for Official Merchandise

• No cash accepted. Only accept credit card and selected online payment methods.

• No shopping bags will be provided.
• All quantities are limited and may sell out.
• Please check the product at purchase. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Arrangement for Seating Zone 

• Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable).
• All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
• For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

• Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission.  AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.

* Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

• Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 888) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.
