助理/ 场馆营运经理

Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage and maintain AWEM security standards to protect life and property for all the events occurring in AWEM
  • Lead the Venue Operations Duty Team to ensure the venue operation are up to the AWE management expectation and standard
  • Implement and monitor the operating standard and process of Venue Operation Duty team and Security Control Room
  • Assist to monitor the performance and discipline of the Venue Operations Duty Team, Security Control Room and security service provider
  • Coordinate and liaise with Airport Authority, Tsing Ma Control Area, MTRC and relevant Government Departments and other stake holders on traffic, special parking arrangement, temporary carpark, roadworks, marshalling area and temporary traffic arrangement related to day-to-day and event related operation
  • Responsible for internal training for each role and job duties for both Venue Operations Duty Team and Security Control Room staff
  • Responsible for quality control and inspection on security personnel provided by the service provider is up to standard and meet the agreed Key Performance Indicators
  • Attend and responsible for real-time operation including incident handling
  • Plan and arrange related emergency drills and exercises such as Fire and Bomb Threat etc. for Venue Operations Duty Team
  • Manage and support internal stakeholders venue’s security-related meetings
  • Ensure house rules are up-to-date and properly executed at public circulation area and back of house area
  • Assist in administrative and reporting duties including manual, daily log, incident report, lost and found report and duty roster, etc.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years working experience. Candidate with event security or logistic experience and working in a sizable organization or hospitality industry of which at least 3 years at managerial level, will be an advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, systematic thinking; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all levels with professionalism and respect, with emphasis on client-centred service
  • Knowledge in local regulatory and legal requirements will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and/or other new technology or digital applications
  • Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Shift duties is required and having valid driving-license is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Venue Operations Manager
