助理場館服務經理

• Implement and monitor day-to-day venue and event related services, including  housekeeping, landscaping and pest control services
• Lead & monitor and supervise the service contracts and performance of the services partners
• Conduct pre-event and post-event inspections of all rooms, concourses, seating areas and public areas prior event start and after event end
• Monitor and evaluate the service partners KPI and efficiency from time to time.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports to senior management
• Communicate with internal counterparts and service partners on the upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event
• Attend meetings with organizers and/or inter-department meetings
• Provide full range of administrative support to the Venue Services Department
• Supervise the performance of Senior Venue Services Officer / Venue Officer
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel or Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in sizable commercial / residential properties or multi-use facility or hotel industry will be preferred with 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • Solid experience in supervising direct staff and service partner
• Strong administrative skills along with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independence, positive working attitude, and customer oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
